The main goal of the geophysical surveys set by the Customer was to identify the geological structure, including the nature of the roof of the Devonian limestone deposit.
For this purpose, geoelectrical surveys were carried out which allowed interpretation of horizontal and vertical changes of resistance (conductivity) of the ground medium. The interpretation of resistance distribution anomaly allowed to identify lithium- stratigraphic complexes.
The completed works were of test character and consisted in determining the usefulness of the Electrical resistivity tomography method for mapping the limestone ceiling in the presence of complex geological structure of the overburden.
